What your Donations Mean to Us

Your support helps Appalachian Experience shine a light on the people, places, and stories that define the Appalachian region. Through digital storytelling, business spotlights, and destination features, we work to promote local economies, preserve regional culture, and encourage meaningful connections to Appalachia.

Appalachian Experience is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to public benefit. Donations to Appalachian Experience are tax deductible, as allowable by law. We use our growing platform to highlight small businesses, outdoor destinations, cultural landmarks, and community initiatives across Appalachia, helping them reach new audiences while fostering pride in the region.

In addition to educational and promotional work, giving back is central to our mission. A portion of monthly proceeds, along with individual donations, is contributed to charitable organizations serving Appalachian communities. These contributions support causes aligned with our values, including community development, cultural preservation, environmental stewardship, and economic sustainability.
